3. Bounded repair. When a check fails, a separate AI system corrects only the specific problem and the whole page is re-checked from scratch. If a page still cannot pass after a limited number of attempts, it is quarantined: set aside, never published, and flagged for investigation.
4. Ongoing monitoring and rollback. After publication, sources are re-checked on a schedule. If a drug label changes, a study is retracted, or any safety-relevant problem is found, the page is automatically corrected, rolled back to its last passing version, or taken down.
